| Duties | Kids Adventure Games Canada is hosting a two day outdoor obstacle race at Blue Mountain Resort on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1. Registered racers will be between 6 and 17 years of age. There are a variety of positions available to voluneer for, including obstacle help, course marshals, transition area assistants, registration assistant and start/finish help. Volunteer's Day Overview Volunteers arrive on-site at 7:00 am for check-in, receive FREE t-shirt and sign waivers. 7:30 am Volunteer meeting and roles assignment. Youth Racers arrive at 8 am and first wave of racers start at 9:00 am. 15 - 30 minute breaks (snacks provided) between waves (3 waves of competitors). | Training | Training is provided ; No specific skills are required. We will have a volunteer meeting at 7 am on both days to review roles and responsibilities. Most assignments will require the volunteer to observe a portion of the race course, help racers if required (radio willl be provided) and note race teams as they pass your checkpoint. |
