Provides mental health support as well as resources and referrals to community agencies to anyone in Grey and Bruce counties seeking support and connection to community services.

Offered at the following locations and times:

  • Chesley - Chesley Baptist Church, 58 1st Ave N * 1st and 3rd Tue 10 am-12 noon
  • Durham- West Grey Public Library, 453 Garafraxa St S * 2nd and 4th Thu 1 pm-3 pm
  • Durham - South Bruce Grey Health Centre, 320 College St * Jan 8 and 22 , Feb 5 and 19, Mar 5 and 19
  • Hanover - CMHA Grey Bruce, 425 10th St, * Tue 1 pm-3 pm
  • Lion's Head - Grey Bruce Health Services, 22 Moore St * Tue 1 pm-3 pm
  • Meaford - Meaford Library, 11 Sykes St N * 1st and 3rd Wed 1 pm-3 pm
