If you're a youth aged 14-19, this could be for you! Join the youth team as a Content Creator, contributing to food systems knowledge sharing with your peers!
Our social media is one of our primary communication platforms, and we’re looking for youth interested in helping us to grow it with fun, relevant, and informational content about food and sustainability! You will be able to co-lead our Instagram page (@youthinfoodsystems) by conducting research, creating posts, and (optional) interacting with our audience.
Special event volunteers help out during events at the Bruce County Museum. Some of the activities includes helping with kids crafts, greeting visitors, helping with food prep, providing usher services to our theatre or helping with the bar if they are SmartServe certified. Examples of some of the events this year at the Museum include: TIFF movie screenings, special holiday events including our annual "Light up the holiday" event, youth camps and PA Day camps, speaker events and so much more!

The research volunteer will be provided training on the existing resources and how to use databases and on-line resources. We seek a weekly commitment of a minimum of 2-3 hours any day of the week or Wednesday evening.
Seeking volunteers to help with the maintenance of our 1500 square meter garden at Clearview Eco Park: planting, weeding, watering and harvesting for the local food banks. Take what you need and share what you can policy... if you can help with the garden you get to share in the harvest.
