We are thrilled to offer an exciting volunteer opportunity at our Owen Sound Regional Office. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Admin and Clinical Support Volunteer.

The volunteer will:

  • Be the first point of contact for families and clients while at reception desk
  • Greet and welcome clients to TVCC
  • Photocopying Collating & stapling
  • Organization of tests in filing cabinet
  • Count PPE and unpack supply orders
  • Lamination Organization of toys, disinfect and clean toys

  • Assist the president to prepare, ciculate and implement the agenda, manage meetings
  • Document and store electronically the minutes of Board meetings in Google Drive
  • Arrange locations ad ensure proper booking of facilities for Club meetings and events
  • Communicate to BTC meeting minutes, Board member contact information, and respond to requests for information from Board members and membership
  • Other duties as assigned
