CommentsWe are looking for leaders to assist SEGCHC staff with facilitating After School Programs at various elementary schools with the Township of Chatsworth, Municipality of Grey Highlands and Township of Southgate. This position would include assisting staff to run a high quality, fun after school program which provides children a healthy snack, physical activity, and peer support for healthy active living. Programs run throughout the school year, with opportunity to extend through the summer.

Duties- Assisting staff with running physical activities 
- Assisting staff with preparing and offering healthy snacks 
- Ensure that program space and activities are safe and fun for all 
- Ensure all participants are involved and assist building friendships between youth 
- Address any participants questions and refer to SEGCHC staff, as required 
- Assisting staff with promotion, set up and clean up where necessary  
- Liaise with SEGCHC staff on program concerns/challenges/suggestions, as required
