Description

Description (Service)

A collaboration of community agencies and school boards working together to increase awareness of youth mental health. The network provides education and information for adults and youth, support and advocacy to the community through a variety of approaches including:

  • promotional materials
  • web-based resources
  • awareness sessions
  • the annual We C.A.R.E. Share event
  • reaching out and connecting with adult natural helpers in the community
  • data collection and analysis to determine and assist in eliminating existing barriers and service gaps
