Description (Service) Some Service Canada locations offer job search support including computer and internet access, employment counselling, job search techniques, youth program information, resume and interview assistance 
 
Youth Employment Strategy (YES) is a Government of Canada initiative involving eleven federal departments and agencies. Service Canada offers three program streams: 
 
* Canada Summer Jobs, an initiative of Summer Work Experience - provides wage subsidies to employers to create summer employment for secondary and post-secondary students 
 
* Skills Link - provides funding for employers and organizations to help youth facing barriers to employment develop skills, education and knowledge needed to participate in the labour market 
 
* Career Focus - provides funding for employers and organizations to help youth make informed career decisions, get work experience or further their education
