Description

Description (Service)

The Member of Parliament (MP) for the electoral district of Huron Bruce. Acts as the elected representative to the Federal government. Assists individuals with applying for federal benefits. Assists individuals and groups with federal advocacy concerns such as complaints about access to service. Arranges for congratulatory certificates signed by the Prime Minister, Governor General, or the King for people celebrating birthdays of 65 years and older and anniversaries for 25 years and up.

Sup. Description No postage is required when mailing a letter to any Member of Parliament as long as it is a regular sized envelope. Be sure to mark MP clearly on the envelope. The MP, Prime Minister, Queen, and the Governor General will send congratulatory messages for anniversaries and birthdays. People wanting passports processed can drop them off here and get them back in about 4 weeks. If you need it sooner you must go to a passport office.
