Description (Service) Serves individuals who are unable to access public transportation and have no family or friends that are able to assist with transportation.

Provides transportation for:
  • medical appointments
  • day programs
  • dialysis
  • physio appointments
  • patient transfer
Service is not wheelchair accessible. If wheelchair can be folded up, it can be transported with client.
