Description (Service) Supplies Christmas Hampers for families in need. Hampers include gifts, clothing, festive foods and treats for people in the community who need assistance and support over the Christmas holidays. 
Donations will be accepted and can be dropped off at the office on Bruce St, Mon-Thu 10 am-4 pm. May call ahead to see what donations are needed. Monetary donations may be mailed to: PO Box 599 Thornbury, N0H 2P0 and cheques made out to Beaver Valley Outreach. 
Volunteer opportunities are available to help pack and deliver hampers. Please visit website to fill out registration package or call Carolyn for more details. A police reference check is required to volunteer.

* hampers will be available for pick up at First Baptist Church, Thornbury (corner of Alice and Bruce St) on Wed Dec 20: families pick up at 12:30 pm-2 pm, individuals and couples pick up at 2 pm-3:30 pm * call Carolyn if unable to pick up to make other arrangements  
* bring bottom portion of application form for hamper pick up
