Description
| Description (Service) | Provides individual therapy, counselling, and holistic healing for adults. Approach is integrative and relational incorporating talk therapy, body-centered psychotherapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, trauma and nervous system-informed, early childhood development and attachment theories. Helps an individual to understand their emotions, reactions, past and current life, including the connection to their physical body. Works with a broad range of issues including relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, anger, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, grief & loss, post-traumatic stress, feelings of disconnection, effects of early childhood trauma & adult trauma, body image, shame, self-esteem, spirituality, and limiting subconscious beliefs. |
